I am listening to Barry Manilow at the office

I am either so cool that I don't care that people will think I am lame, or I am so lame that I am living down to people's expectations.

But, I dare you, hipsters, to throw on a little Copacabana on your iPod Shuffles, and see if it doesn't make you want to dance around your cube farm.

Or are you chicken?

Copacabana brings back bad memories of junior high school. It was the early 80s and every week in PE we were all hauled into the cafeteria and made to learn how to dance. Which wouldn't have been that bad if the instructor hadn't been stuck in disco and taught us a lot of disco moves that, quite frankly, have no great value to me now other than embarrassing my family at family weddings and breaking the ice at parties. (Unlike learning to do some other types of dancing which might be useful in the impressing of girls...which I'm a guy. Everything we do is about somehow impressing girls). Anyway, one of the songs we danced to was, you guessed it, Copacabana.
